Get access

Use Aurora from Python, the command line or your research pipelines. Programmatic access connects these tools to your account through an API key.

Analysis is for academic and non-profit research. Commercial evaluation and use are governed by a written agreement with Aurora. Discuss commercial access.

1. Request programmatic access

Access is requested through the contact form on the website: Request programmatic access.

Tell us about your institution, your research question and the slides you want to explore. A website or Aurora Intelligence account alone does not grant API access.

2. Sign in

Once access is granted, install the package and sign in on the machine you will use.

pip install auroraomics
auroraomics login you@institution.edu
auroraomics doctor

login sends a one-time email code and asks you to accept the current Terms, including their data-use provisions. It stores your API key locally with permissions that let only you read it.

3. Check your setup

doctor reports your installation, credentials and account access. If sign-in fails, the Errors page explains what to do next.

The secret is shown once, when the key is minted, and never again.

Keep keys in a secret manager or environment variable when configuring a pipeline. Keys expire; the API reference explains expiry, rotation and scopes.
