DeepSpot-H

DeepSpot-H turns tissue morphology into a representation Aurora uses for molecular prediction.

DeepSpot-H is the foundation model for H&E images.

It can run on your own machine, so your images can stay where they are.

How Aurora works

  1. Read tissue morphology. DeepSpot-H represents the tissue structure in each part of the slide.

  2. Predict spatial gene expression. DeepSpot-M uses those tissue representations to predict expression.

  3. Explore molecular patterns. The result places predicted expression on your slide's own coordinates, to open in Aurora Intelligence or your own tools. What you get back says what it holds.

Keep image processing in your environment

DeepSpot-H can run locally when original images need to stay with you. Aurora receives the derived tissue representations and their positions for molecular prediction. Run DeepSpot-H locally.
